Community Mediation Services has a roster of about 20 highly skilled mediators. They have over 50 hours of training, and go through a screening and apprenticeship process. They come from a wide range of vocational and educational backgrounds, including: social workers, psychologists, educators, counselors, lawyers, small business owners and human resource professionals.
